How do I create an account?

Download the Private Line app from the App Store and follow the onboarding process. You'll be asked to choose whether you're a consultant or a client.

How do payments work?

Clients add funds to their wallet and are charged per minute for video calls and per message for chat. Payments are processed through Stripe. Consultants choose their payout frequency: Monthly (0% fee), Bi-weekly (1% fee), or Daily (2% fee).

How do I connect with a consultant?

As a client, scan your consultant's QR code to connect. Private Line is invitation-only—there's no public directory. Once connected, you can schedule appointments or start instant video calls when they're available.

How do I set my rates as a consultant?

Go to Settings in the app and set your rate per minute for video calls and per message for chat. You can update these rates at any time.

What if I have a technical issue?

Please email us at support@privateline.to with details about the issue, including your device type and iOS version. We'll help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us at support@privateline.to to request account deletion. We'll process your request and remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
